Refund policy

Contract Withdrawal

If you are a consumer - as a general rule, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract.

You can withdraw from the contract by making a withdrawal statement, for example by sending an email to: info@mimii.pl.


The customer can request the cancellation of their order before it is shipped. Once the order has been shipped, the standard withdrawal procedure applies.
Please return the item without delay to the following address: ul. 30 Stycznia 38b, 83-110 Tczew, but no later than 14 days from the day you withdraw from the contract.

The direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the consumer.



You can terminate the contract within 14 days.

The 14-day withdrawal period starts:

for a contract where we deliver a good and are obliged to transfer ownership - from the moment you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the good,
for digital content - from the day the contract is concluded.
Sending your withdrawal statement before the deadline is sufficient to meet the time limit.

We will refund the payments made by you, including delivery costs of the goods according to the terms stated in the general conditions, without delay, but no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of your withdrawal statement.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item or you have provided proof of its return, whichever occurs first.

Please note that the consumer's right of withdrawal for a distance contract does not apply, among others, to a contract:

  • where the subject of the service is a non-reproducible item produced according to the consumer’s specifications or intended to meet their individual needs,
  • where the subject of the service is a perishable or short shelf-life item,
  • where the subject of the service is an item supplied in a sealed package that cannot be returned after opening for health or hygiene reasons, if the package was opened after delivery,
  • where the subject of the service is an audio or visual recording or computer software supplied in a sealed package, if the package is opened after delivery,
  • for the supply of digital content not recorded on a tangible medium if the performance has begun with the consumer’s express consent before the end of the withdrawal period and after the professional has informed the consumer of the loss of the right of withdrawal.

Complaints


If goods purchased from us prove to be defective, you have the right to complain about them under the warranty. The best way to file a complaint is to send an email to: info@mimii.pl or by mail to the following address: 30 Stycznia 38b, 83-110 Tczew.

Goods subject to a complaint must be sent to the following address: 30 Stycznia 38b, 83-110 Tczew.

In case of a defect, you may demand:

  • replacement of the item with a defect-free item,
  • removal of the defect,

or make a statement regarding:

  • price reduction,
  • contract termination - in case of a material defect.


We are responsible to you for defects discovered within two years from the date of delivery of the goods.

As a general rule, you can file a complaint within one year of discovering a defect, but the complaint period cannot end before the seller’s liability period expires.

We will examine your complaint (respond to it) within 14 days of receipt.
